ORDERING AND DELIVERY
We use PayPal to process online transactions. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. If you would like to use another method of payment, please contact us by email at email@example.com and we can help you.
Our Standard Delivery charge is £3.50 for orders below £10.00, with Free Delivery for orders above £10.00, irrespective of weight. You can choose to have your parcel sent First Class for an extra charge of £1.00.
Our Standard Delivery is by MyHermes or Royal Mail, although we reserve the right to use another company if necessary, and delivery time is 2 – 3 working days.
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 24 hours of receipt, depending on what time of day it is received. You will receive an email when your parcel has been dispatched.
Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If there is something missing or damaged, please email us the details including your name and address and we will investigate with the carrier.
If you are expecting a parcel and it hasn’t arrived, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and address and we will investigate for you.
Out of Stock items
We will try to mark any items out of stock as soon as that happens, but there may be times when you place an order before we have pressed the button! If the situation arises, we will contact you by email in the first instance to ask if you want to wait for the item to come into stock (giving you an indication of the time-scale), if you want a replacement or if you want a refund for that item. Whatever you choose, it will not affect the postage that has been paid.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you can cancel or exchange you order within 14 days of the receipt of your goods without penalty. If the goods you originally ordered are returned to us within 7 days in their original condition we will refund the full value of the goods, less any delivery charges you may have paid, as soon as possible. The cost of returning the goods to us is the buyers responsibility.
